Delivery & Returns
Delivery is free on all orders over £100. For small items such as accessories the delivery charge is a flat rate of £4.00 for letter sized parcels (single items of Turtle Dove Fingerless mittens, Aran Beanie and Sheepskin Bobble Aran hat). For medium sized parcels (e.g. slippers, knitwear) it is £7.00 and for rugs, it is £12.50 per rug. Whilst we will do everything we can to minimise delivery costs, for overseas delivery the costs can be higher depending on where goods need to be shipped to. We will contact you accordingly.
We will notify you by e-mail when your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email stating delivery method and tracking number where appropriate. All orders will be posted using Royal Mail first class signed for delivery service and detailed in the email you receive.
At extremely busy periods or during times of disruption, some parcels may be subject to delays. We will give you a tracking number, so you can check your delivery but if that does not help feel free to contact email us at email@example.com
We do our best to be an ethical, sustainable business, therefore you will most likely receive your order in reused, recycled packaging, please feel free to save and use again where possible! If you expressly wish for new packaging please let us know asap.
Cancelling an order before despatch
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we despatch it by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via Messenger!
We hope you don’t change your mind, as a small business returns are quite costly for both you and us which is why we offer to help with any queries before purchase! Of course, items can occasionally become faulty, so we offer a full refund or exchange should this be the case.
You can find out more about returns in our Terms and Conditions with all of the boring bits, but ultimately if you are not satisfied and wish to return, just email us or contact us on Messenger and we will happily sort it.
